Удаление зубов занимает лидирующие позиции среди хирургических манипуляций в полости рта. Регенерация тканей в области удаленного зуба является важным процессом для восстановления области травмы. Существует множество способов ускорения и улучшения качества регенерации тканей в полости рта. Такие материалы обеспечивают широкий спектр терапевтического и регенеративного воздействия благодаря спектру биологических характеристик. Целью исследования стало получение информации об эффективности применения препарата на основе внеклеточного матрикса в рамках постоперационного восстановления тканей после удаления зубов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследовании приняли участие две группы пациентов: исследуемая группа (N = 46) и контрольная группа (N = 46). Все пациенты были направлены на удаление зубов. Сравнение проводилось по следующим критериям: срок полного заживления раневой поверхности, срок полного рентгенологического заживления раны с помощью непараметрического критерия Манна – Уитни для независимых групп. Сравнение групп по наличию осложнений сравнивали с помощью точного критерия Фишера.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Сравнение групп по сроку полного заживления раневой поверхности показало статистически значимое различие (p &lt; 0,05). В группе с применением препарата на основе внеклеточного матрикса послеоперационное заживление проходило быстрее, чем в контрольной группе.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Регенерация тканей в области операционной травмы после удаления зубов является управляемым процессом. Благодаря современным разработкам материалов удается достичь ускорения восстановления тканей, что, несомненно, способствует ускорению функционального восстановления и улучшает качество жизни пациентов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Tooth extractions are one of the most common surgical procedures in dentistry. Tissue regeneration at the extraction site plays a vital role in restoring the affected area. Various methods are available to accelerate and improve the quality of tissue regeneration in dental practice. Extracellular matrix (ECM)-derived biomaterials provide a wide range of therapeutic and regenerative benefits due to their unique biological properties. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an ECM-derived biomaterial in promoting post-operative tissue regeneration after tooth extraction.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included two groups of patients: an experimental group (N = 46) and a control group (N = 46), all of whom underwent tooth extractions. The groups were compared based on two key parameters: the time required for complete wound surface healing and the time to achieve complete radiographic wound healing. Statistical analysis was conducted using the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test for independent samples. The incidence of complications between the groups was analyzed using Fisher's exact test.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The analysis of wound surface healing times between the groups revealed statistically significant differences (p &lt; 0.05). Post-operative tissue repair occurred at a significantly faster rate in the group treated with the extracellular matrix (ECM)-derived biomaterial compared to the control group.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Tissue regeneration at the surgical site after tooth extraction is a manageable process.
