Методика корневого щита (Root Shield) приобретает все большую значимость при одномоментной имплантации, особенно в эстетически значимых зонах, за счет способности сохранять вестибулярную костную пластинку и улучшать мягкотканный контур.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включены 15 пациентов, которым проведена одномоментная имплантация на верхней и нижней челюсти с применением методики корневого щита. Оценивали резорбцию костной ткани, состояние мягких тканей, наличие осложнений.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Во всех случаях наблюдалась интеграция имплантатов. Средняя резорбция составила около 1 мм. Рецессия десны отмечена у двух пациентов. Серьезные осложнения не выявлены.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Методика корневого щита демонстрирует высокую предсказуемость и низкий уровень осложнений, может быть рекомендована при соблюдении строгих клинических показаний.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. The Root Shield Technique (RST) is becoming increasingly relevant in immediate implant placement, particularly in esthetically sensitive regions, due to its ability to preserve the buccal bone plate and support favorable soft tissue contours.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study involved 15 patients who underwent immediate implant placement in the maxilla or mandible using the Root Shield Technique. Clinical outcomes were assessed based on bone resorption, soft tissue condition, and the incidence of complications.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Implant integration was achieved in all cases. The mean bone resorption was approximately 1 mm. Gingival recession was observed in two patients. No major complications were reported.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The Root Shield Technique demonstrated high predictability and a low rate of complications.
