Фракционная лазерная технология — это новый метод лечения с использованием диодного лазера, которая была предложена в начале этого столетия. Лазерная точечная микрокоагуляция (LPM — Laser Patterned Microcoagulation or Microablation) может быть объяснена образованием в ткани участков повреждения (абляции) в окружении жизнеспособной ткани. Процесс регенерации тканей можно регулировать и оптимизировать путем надлежащего выбора лазерных параметров, таких как длина волны, длительность импульса, размера микрокоагуляционных колонок и их плотности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Lasers have long been used in dentistry, but the search for new concepts continues to this day. Fractional laser technology is a new method of treatment using a diode laser, which was proposed at the beginning of this century. Laser patterned microcoagulation (LPM) can be explained by the formation of tissue lesions (ablation) in the environment of a viable tissue.
