Актуальность. Несмотря на успехи, достигнутые в устранении обширных дефектов и деформаций челюстей и последующей реабилитации, данная проблема не теряет своей актуальности ввиду современных вооруженных конфликтов.

Описание клинического случая. Опираясь на научные публикации, мы проанализировали отечественные и зарубежные подходы к лечению ранений, полученных в результате боевых действий. Представлен клинический пример, в котором отражен путь пациента от получения минно-взрывной травмы до полной функциональной и эстетической реабилитации.

Заключение

Заключение. На основании приведенного клинического примера обращаем внимание на важность соблюдения этапности и своевременности выполнения оперативных вмешательств и ортопедической реабилитации.

Relevance

Relevance. Although major advances have been made in the reconstruction of extensive jaw defects and deformities and in subsequent rehabilitation, these injuries remain a major clinical challenge amid ongoing armed conflicts.

Case presentation

Case presentation. Drawing on the published literature, we reviewed Russian and international approaches to the management of combat-related maxillofacial injuries. This case report describes the full course of treatment of a patient who sustained a mine-blast injury, from initial trauma to complete functional and aesthetic rehabilitation.

Conclusion

Conclusion. This case underscores the importance of a staged treatment strategy, timely surgical intervention, and subsequent prosthetic rehabilitation.
