Дефекты зубных рядов часто сочетаются с другими стоматологическими заболеваниями, в том числе с воспалительными заболеваниями пародонта. В данной статье представлено исследование местного иммунитета полости рта пациентов с несъемными эстетическими ортопедическими конструкциями и воспалительными заболеваниями пародонта. В результате анализа полученных данных можно утверждать, что у таких пациентов имеется дисбаланс гуморального иммунитета в полости рта. Определение активности показателей местного иммунитета позволяет использовать их как потенциальные критерии в диагностике и дифференциальной иммунокоррекции местного иммунитета в процессе комплексной терапии.
Defects in dentition is often combined with other dental diseases, including inflammatory periodontal diseases. This article presents a study of local immunity of the oral cavity of patients with fixed prosthetic aesthetic designs and inflammatory periodontal diseases. The analysis of the facts, it can be argued that in these patients there is an imbalance of humoral immunity in the mouth. Determination of the activity of local immunity can use them as potential criteria for the differential diagnosis and immunocorrection of local immunity in the course of complex therapy.
