Большая часть работ посвящена взаимосвязи полиморфизма различных интерлейкинов с болезнью пародонта. Также присутствуют данные относительно полиморфизма металлопротеиназ, рецепторов витамина D, дефенсинов, toll-like-рецепторов и др. Взаимосвязь объясняется рассовой принадлежностью, суммарным действием специфических комбинаций аллелей нескольких генов, а также следовой компонентой взаимодействия экзогенных и генетических факторов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review presents some data on the genetic markers of periodontal disease over the last few years. Most of the work is devoted to relationship of various interleukins polymorphism with periodontal disease. Also there are some information about relative polymorphism metalloproteinases, vitamin D receptor, defensins, Toll-like receptors and others.
