Реабилитация пациентов с генерализованным пародонтитом средней и тяжелой степени является ведущей проблемой пародонтологии. Определение перспектив немедленной имплантации у пациентов с хроническим пародонтитом, сочетанным с патологией корня зуба и верхнечелюстной пазухи.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Наблюдалась группа из 94 человек с пародонтитом средней и тяжелой степени, признаками хронического одонтогенного риносинусита, которым наряду вариантами хирургической санации пазух и альвеолярного отростка была проведена одномоментная имплантация с фактором роста FRP по авторской технологии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Метод показал высокую эффективность на основе оценки клинического, эстетического результата и восстановления плотности костной ткани после оперативного вмешательства.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Разработанная технология является перспективным направлением, позволяет сочетать высокий уровень санации тканей альвеолярного отростка с преимуществами немедленной имплантации, предотвращает атрофию кости, способствует сокращению сроков лечения и количества хирургических и ортопедических вмешательств.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Rehabilitation of patients with moderate to severe generalized periodontitis is a leading problem in periodontology. It was the determination of the prospects for immediate implantation in patients with chronic periodontitis, combined with the pathology of the tooth root and maxillary sinus.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A group of 94 people with periodontitis and chronic odontogenic rhinosinus was observed who underwent sinus surgical treatment, tooth extraction and one-stage implantation with FRP growth factor according to the author's technology.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The method showed high efciency on the basis of assessing the clinical, aesthetic result and restoration of bone density after surgery.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
