Статья включает в себя описание методики артроскопии височно-нижнечелюстного сустава. Показывает преимущества данного метода, а также его возможности в диагностике и лечении заболеваний височно-нижнечелюстного сустава. Определены показания к данному виду лечения, описаны положительные эффекты, приведена статистика успешного исхода лечения, частоты и характера потенциальных осложнений. Работа опирается на современные научные данные литературы и собственный клинический опыт. На основе проведенного анализа выработаны рекомендации по хирургическому лечению, фармакологической терапии, наблюдению и комплексной реабилитации пациентов с заболеваниями ВНЧС.

This article includes description of TMJ-arthroscopy technique. It can reveal us capabilities and advantages of this technique in diagnostic and treatment of temporomandibular joint diseases. We described the indications for the surgical procedure, positive effects, success rate after surgical treatment and frequency of potential complications. The article based on the actual scientific literature and our own clinical experience. Based on the data analysis, we develop some recommendations for surgical treatment and pharmacotherapy, follow-up protocols, and complex rehabilitation of patients with TMJ-pathology.
