Десневая рецессия представляет собой снижение уровня десны в апикальном направлении, сопровождающееся оголением корней зубов, а также атрофией кости вокруг них. Распространенность локализованных рецессий у людей старше 18 лет – 86,7%, генерализованных, то есть на всех зубах, – 28,6%. Высокая распространенность данной патологии обуславливает острую потребность в совершенствовании подхода к лечению множественных рецессий и выбору тактики лечения у пациентов с различными фенотипическими показателями. Золотым стандартом на сегодняшний день остается хирургическое лечение рецессий с применением аутотрансплантата. Однако применение данной методики имеет свои недостатки. Целью данной работы явилось оценить реакцию на операцию и конечный результат хирургического лечения множественных рецессий десны на одном объекте при совместном применении аутотрансплантата и пластического материала в одном дизайне исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследовании представлен и подробно разобран клинический случай применения аутои аллотрансплантатов у одного пациента при лечении генерализованных рецессий десны.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Во всех случаях применения аутотрансплантата и ТМО (dura mater) наблюдается сопоставимый положительный клинический результат по всем параметрам оценки рецессий десны. Процент закрытия корня зуба наблюдается больше 80% у 13 зубов, менее 80% – у 11 зубов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Результат применения ТМО (dura mater) и аутотрансплантата сопоставим, реактивность на операцию одинаковая, к тому же использование ТМО (dura mater) привлекательно для сочетанного, а также самостоятельного применения для хирургического лечения множественных и особенно генерализованных рецессий десны.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Gingival recession is the apical migration of the gingival tissues associated with the exposure of the roots and alveolar bone loss. The prevalence of single recessions in people over 18 years old is 86.7% whereas multiple recessions, i.e. where all teeth are affected, amount up to 28.6%. High prevalence of the pathology necessitates improvement of the approach and tactic of multiple recession treatment in patients with different phenotypes. Nowadays, the use of autograft is the gold standard of multiple recession treatment. However, the technique has its drawbacks. The purpose of the present work was to assess the response to surgery and evaluate the final result of multiple recession treatment in one subject where the combination of autogenic and allogenic grafts was used in the same study design.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The paper presents and describes a clinical case where auto- and allografts were used in one patient to treat multiple gingival recessions.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. All parameters of the gingival recession assessment showed comparable clinical benefit in all sites of autograft and allograft (dura mater) application. The root coverage was more than 80% around 13 teeth and less than 80% around 11 teeth.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
