Успех имплантационного протезирования зависит от качественного состояния челюстной кости. Традиционно его оценивают рентгенологически, однако этот метод не только инвазивен, но и ненадежен, неточен для прогнозирования исхода лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование было включено 80 пациентов (49 женщин и 31 мужчин) в среднем возрасте 71 ± 7 лет. Все пациенты были разделены на четыре группы: группу А (контрольная группа, n = 20) составили пациенты со здоровым пародонтом, группу сравнения Б (n = 20) – пациенты «декомпенсированным зубным рядом», основная группа В (n = 20) включала пациентов с протяженными имплантационными конструкциями системы «Трефойл», наложенными 7-10 дней назад, группа Г (n = 20) состояла из пациентов после 3-х лет имплантационного протезирования протяженными замещающими конструкциями с малым числом опор. Кровоток периимплантатных тканей оценивался с помощью высокочастотной ультразвуковой допплерографии (УЗДГ). Всем пациентам (n = 20) до протезирования проводилась двухэнергетическая денситометрия (DXA).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Анализ результатов УЗДГ исследования до протезирования показал низкие значения микроциркуляции в слизистой оболочке альвеолярного гребня у пациентов с пародонтитом средней и тяжелой степени по сравнению с группой контроля. На 7 день после имплантационного протезирования в группе В определено повышение микроциркуляции на 11,42% по сравнению с контрольной группой и на 147,36% по сравнению с группой Б. По данным УЗДГ через 3 года после имплантационного протезирования наблюдалось статистически достоверное повышение скорости кровотока 0,342 ± 0,04 (см/с) (p &lt; 0,01). Определена высокая корреляция по коэффициенту Пирсона между T-баллами денситометрии и данными ультразвуковой допплерографии (r = 0,829, p = 0,0001).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Ультразвуковая допплерография может использоваться в качестве основного метода исследования состояния периимплантатных тканей на различных этапах имплантационного протезирования.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. The success of implant-supported prostheses depends on the quality of the jawbone. Traditionally, it is assessed radiographically, but this method is not only invasive but also unreliable and inaccurate for predicting the outcome of treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 80 patients (49 women and 31 men) with a mean age of 71 ± 7 years, which formed four groups. Group A (control group, n = 20) consisted of patients with healthy periodontium; comparison group B, n = 20, comprised patients with terminal dentition; the main group C (n = 20) included patients with extended rehabilitation, fixed 7-10 days before; group G (n = 20) was composed of patients with “Trefoil” implant-supported prostheses, fixed three years earlier. The blood flow of peri-implant tissues was assessed using ultrasound Doppler flowmetry (UDF). All patients (n = 20) underwent dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) before the prosthetic treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The analysis of pre-prosthetic-treatment ultrasound Doppler flowmetry results showed low values of microcirculation in the alveolar ridge mucous membrane in patients with terminal dentition compared with the control group. On the 7th day after implant-supported prosthetic treatment, group C demonstrated an increase in microcirculation by 11.42% compared to the control group and by 147.36% compared to group B. Three years after implant-supported prosthetic treatment, the ultrasound data revealed a statistically significant increase in blood flow velocity 0.342 ± 0.04 (cm/s) (p &lt; 0.01). The Pearson coefficient determined a high correlation between T-scores of DXA and ultrasound Doppler flowmetry data (r = 0.829, p = 0.0001).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
