В статье представлены результаты электронно-микроскопической, рентгенологической и патоморфологической оценки тканей пародонта при моделировании хронического стресса с помощью разработанного стрессиндуцирующего устройства для формирования нефизиологической окклюзии челюстей. Индуцирование стресса сопровождается деструктивными процессами, развивающимися в глубине челюстной кости. Существенную роль может играть выявленная прибавка в весе опытных животных, испытывающих стресс. В поздний период моделирования (90 суток) прибавление веса оказывается непропорциональным характеру питания, что коррелирует с более глубокой атрофией альвеолярного отростка, начинающейся с вершин межальвеолярных перегородок.
The results of electron microscopy, X-ray and pathomorphological evaluation of periodontal tissues in the modeling of chronic stress with the help of a developed stress-inducing device for the formation of non-physiological occlusion of jaws were presented. Induction of stress is accompanied by destructive processes developing in the depth of the jawbone. An important role may be played by the detected weight gain of experienced animals experiencing stress. In the late period of modeling (90 days), weight gain is disproportionate to the nature of nutrition, which correlates with deeper atrophy of the alveolar process starting from the vertices of the interalveolar septa.
