Явления мышечно-суставной дисфункции зубочелюстного аппарата – нередко встречаемое состояние, обусловленное большим разнообразием и полиморфизмом клинико-морфологических проявлений.</p><p>Описание клинического случая. В клиническом примере представлен алгоритм клинико-инструментальной диагностики зубочелюстного аппарата, этапы изготовления окклюзионной шины и клинический мониторинг состояния жевательной мускулатуры, окклюзии зубов и зубных рядов, основанный на применении современных цифровых технологий диагностики функционального статуса зубочелюстного аппарата. Пациентке 28 лет был проведен комплекс диагностических мероприятий, включающий: электронную кондилографию, электромиографию, цифровой анализ окклюзионных взаимоотношений зубных рядов (T-scan), измерение величины смещения мыщелков из отправного положения. В результате контрольного осмотра, проведенного на шестой неделе после лечения с применением нижнечелюстной окклюзионной шины, была определена положительная динамика терапевтического процесса: отсутствие дисбаланса распределения окклюзионного давления (T-scan) и симметричность работы собственно жевательных и височных мышц (ЭМГ).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Современные цифровые технологии позволяют оптимизировать процесс диагностики и лечения пациентов с явлениями мышечно-суставной дисфункции.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. TMDs are frequently encountered due to the wide variety and polymorphism of clinical and morphological manifestations.</p><p>Clinical case description. The  clinical example presents an algorithm for clinical and instrumental  diagnosis of the dentoalveolar system, the stages of occlusal splint fabrication and clinical monitoring of masticatory muscles, dental occlusion and dentition, based on the application of modern digital technologies for the diagnosis of the dentoalveolar system functional status. The 28-year-old patient underwent a comprehensive diagnosis, including electronic condylography, electromyography, T-scan (digital occlusal analysis), and measurement of condylar displacement from the reference point.
