Разработана концепция реставрации твердых тканей зуба у пациентов с болезнями периодонта в рамках благоприятной совместимости с тканями периодонта. Цель исследования - оценить эффективность концептуальной реставрации формы зуба у пациентов с болезнями периодонта. Обозначены этапы реставрации твердых тканей зуба: предреставрационная подготовка, прямая и непрямая реставрация анатомической формы зуба и профессиональные профилактические мероприятия. Знание основных принципов предложенной нами концепции и их идеальное выполнение при восстановлении формы зуба дает возможность получить благоприятное взаимодействие реставрации с окружающими тканями биологической системы периодонта у 98% пациентов с болезнями периодонта.

Abstract Due to the long-term clinical experience a concept of the restoration of hard tooth tissues in patients with periodontal disease was formed considering compatibility with periodontal tissues. The aim of the study is evaluate the effectiveness of the conceptual restoration of the tooth shape in patients with periodontal disease. The stages of restoration of hard tooth tissues are defined: pre-restoration preparation, direct and indirect restoration of the anatomical tooth shape and professional hygiene. Due to knowledges of the basic principles of the proposed concept and ideal implementation in the restoration of dental shape there are possible to obtain a favorable interaction of restoration with the surrounding tissues of the biological periodontal system in 98% patients with periodontal disease.
