The analysis of indicators of the self-rating condition of the elderly and old people suffering from neoplasms of sialadens with use of the syndrome of psycho-sensory-anatomy-functional disadaptation
Abstract
Features of an internal picture of illness in the course of treatment of neoplasms of sialadens at 27 people aged from 62 up to 87 years by assessment of the syndrome of psycho-sensory-anatomy-functional disadaptation (SPSAFD) are studied. Differences in personal response to illness at good-quality and malignant neoplasms of sialadens are established, and also a condition of a disadaptation when diagnosing and in the course of the combined treatment of malignant diseases that it is bound to complications radial and chemotherapies. Elimination of a mukozit and syndrome of «a dry mouth» promotes optimization of adaptability of patients to living conditions.
