Abstract
The aim of the study was characteristic of the priority pathogens gingivitis and choice mouthwash based on a comparative analysis of the antimicrobial activity of antiseptics with periodontal biocultivator. The study involved 31 patients aged from 20 to 39 years old with a diagnosis of chronic catarrhal gingivitis. Fence contents sulcus made in the area of the first molars. Isolation and culturing of the isolated strains was performed according to standard protocol. To determine the sensitivity of the isolates to the antibacterial action applied own serial dilutions modification method by which antimicrobial activity was studied by three different oral rinse composition. In the presence of a solution №1containing 0,06% chlorhexidine solution, and Parontal growth of microbial populations have been identified, there was a pronounced bactericidal effect. Solution №2 no-chlorhexidine containing had a mild bacteriostatic activity against the test of test cultures. It was found that the major components of the microbiota in chronic catarrhal gingivitis are representatives of gram-positive cocci, for which Parontal showed antimicrobial activity comparable to that of chlorhexidine. Key words: gingivitis, biofilm, oral rinses, Parontal.

Abstract
During professional oral hygiene, more than 80% of patients with periodontal diseases revealed hypersensitivity of dental hard tissues. In this regard, there is need to find means of reducing tooth sensitivity and prevent discomfort during the procedure. We carried out the treatment of hypersensitivity of dental hard tissues from 52 patients with periodontal disease between the ages of 30 to 60 years. Following the standard procedure for examination, patients were divided into two groups depending on the treatment algorithm. Patients of the first group was treated with Sensodyne Repair & Protect teeth only after the professional oral hygiene. In the second group of processing performed before and after professional hygiene. As a result, 76% of the patients of the first group there was a reduction of hypersensitivity, and 9% of patients hypersensitivity has been completely eliminated. Patients of the second group of teeth hypersensitivity decreased in 98% of patients. The results clearly showed the high efficiency desensitiziruyuschey paste in medical activities

Abstract
Analysis of the results of transmission electron microscopy (negative contrast method) of saliva of patients with inflammatory periodontal diseases has allowed to detect nano-objects with a diameter from 20 to 200 nm, surrounded by a shell with a visible crystallization. The presence of the calcinated nano-objects visually identified as a single, dividing and aggregated form, suggests their participation in the process of mineral formation.

Abstract
The study revealed the close relationship between General diseases and periodontal diseases due to disorders of metabolism, hemodynamics, microcirculation, immunological and neuro-regulatory interface is changes and shifts of the microbiota. Traced the influence of the main components of MS (obesity, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia and hypertension) on the development of generalized periodontitis. It is established that one of the causes of dental diseases is the combination of vascular changes with autonomic regulation, manifesting an imbalance of the sympathetic and parasympathetic divisions. It is proved that the presence of the metabolic syndrome as a condition with a high risk of developing diabetes, a prerequisite to the formation of inflammatory - destructive periodontal lesions, as evidenced by the commonality of a number of pathogenetic mechanisms of development of these diseases.

Abstract
In the modern dental practice highly relevant assessment of blood microcirculation and testing of microcirculatory disorders in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of oral diseases. Studies of microvessels in the oral cavity can be divided into research settings mucosal blood flow of the mouth as the peripheral vascular system, taking into account the influence of harmful factors, physiological states, as well as changes of microvessels in the background of common diseases and receiving different drugs, when the mucosa appears as available area system for study of microcirculatory organism. In this study, a comparative analysis of the oral mucosa microcirculation in patients with erosive - ulcerous form of lichen planus to treat the above diseases, and 3 months after a local drug treatment various medicinal formulations.

Abstract
According to the results of clinical, functional and immunological studies 106 women and nursing mothers in the early postpartum period with chronic generalized catarrhal gingivitis was studied hygienic condition of the oral cavity, the stability of the capillaries of the mucous membrane of the gums, as well as salivary indicators of mucosal immunity of oral cavity at the stages of combination therapy. It is proved that the combined use of low-intensity laser irradiation with the application of the helium drug "NBF Gingival Gel" promotes faster regression of the inflammatory process in the periodontal tissues, as evidenced by the positive trend of normalization of subjective status, an index assessment of periodontal tissues, increasing the resistance of the capillaries gums with a stable steady dynamics of recovery of disturbed original values of mucosal immunity.
