Abstract
Comparative study of the clinical efficacy of the various methods in treatment of chronic generalized slight and moderate periodontitis (CAL - 4mm), based on the concept of one stage elimination of periodontopathogenic microflora from periodontal pockets and mouth was held. The study involved 101 patients. For the purpose of one stage elimination of periodontopathogenic microflora used photodynamic therapy, treatment using the Vector Ultrasonic System or aqua-pneumo-kinetic processing of subgingival tooth surfaces and periodontal pockets. It proves the high clinical efficiency of complex treatment of chronic generalized slight and moderate periodontitis (CAL - 4mm) when using one stage elimination of periodontopathogenic microflora methods (p < 0,05). It was found that the absence of significant differences in efficacy (r - 0,05) and the duration of the therapeutic effect (r - 0,05) of the various procedures that are aimed at the single-stage elimination of periodontopathogenic microflora - the use of Vector Ultrasonic System, photodynamic therapy and Air-Flow aqua-pneumatic kinetic treatment of periodontal pockets.

Abstract
For understanding many aspects of the pathogenesis of chronic periodontitis it is very important to carry out studies in the pre-clinical stage of this disease. Currently, making diagnosis of chronic generalized periodontitis, first of all we pay attention on the degree of bone resorption and the depth of the periodontal pockets, but less attention we pay to the assessment of genetic risk factors of this disease, although the polymorphism of genes which regulates the inflammatory response are playing an important role in the pathogenesis of generalized periodontitis, causing the appearance of clinically detectable symptoms. Destructive changes in periodontium which are defined clinically are already a consequence of a disease, but the primary diagnosis should be based on the study of the polymorphisms of genes which are responsible for recognition of the pathogen and implementing its action in the early stages of inflammation, resulting in the character of the defensive reactions and susceptibility to periodontitis. In this article we attempt to identify the markers which have a genetic predisposition to periodontitis. As candidate genes we selected genes which are involved in non-specific immune response when there is an invasion in the organism by pathogens: CD14, TNF-α, TLR2 and CSF1R [1, 9]. Genes are expressed by the monocyte / macrophage cells. Product of CD14 gene promotes recognition by Toll-receptors on the cell surfaces [3]. It was shown that the mutant allele of this gene increases the expression and thereby increases the immune response. TLR2 gene encodes a polypeptide which is a Toll-receptor, with a wide spectrum of action and reacting on a varied bacterial flora [5, 6]. TNF-α gene expresses a cytokine with pleiotropic effects, which plays a key role in the pathogenesis of many infectious and inflammatory diseases [10, 11]. CSF1R gene encodes a cell surface receptor which is participating in a cell proliferation, differentiation, survival of the cells of monocyte / macrophage series and involved in nonspecific immunity, in addition, the receptor plays an important role in bone formation [4]. A number of studies are establishing the association of gene polymorphism with some multifactorial diseases [7, 8].

Abstract
It presents information on the state of the organs and tissues of the oral cavity in 53 centenarians. The frequency of occurrence of caries was men - 66,7%, women - 53.9% for the index of the Communist Party, respectively, 19,3 ± 1,6 and 18,4 ± 1,2 affected teeth. Periodontal disease was diagnosed in 14.8% of men and 7.7% of women, more common chronic generalized periodontitis of moderate-severe degrees of severity, respectively, 51.9% and 46.2% of cases. Partial loss of teeth of the men was observed in 18 (66,7%) persons, including women - in 14 (53,9%), the rest of centenarians is marked complete loss of teeth. All inspected were in need of dental prosthetics or prosthetic again in connection with the existing inferior dentures.

Abstract
In work interrelations of disturbance of microcirculation regionarny and a fabric mouth of blood flows of a mucosa at 75 patients with GB and inflammatory periodontal diseases are investigated. The microcirculatory bed is a peculiar model, the regulatory processes happening in vessels of various caliber. The received results show that patients with GB with the expressed severity of an inflammatory degenerative lesion of tissues of a parodont have interfaced disturbances of regional microcirculation with disturbances of microcirculation of a fabric blood flow of a parodont.

Abstract
The article discusses the study of the microcirculatory system of the pulp of a tooth with periodontitis. Investigations were carried out on 65 of intact permanent teeth (main group) removed for surgical reasons (chronic periodontitis, III degree mobility) and 15 intact permanent teeth removed for orthodontic reasons (control group) in patients aged 20 to 40 years. It is established that increased anastasievka microvascular complexes of the pulp in periodontitis is aimed at creating conditions to maintain hemodynamic balance in the circulatory system. Change its structure in pathological processes in the periodontium may be essential for the potentiation of degenerative disorders and shifts the fluid balance in the tissues of the tooth.

Abstract
In 89 children with autoimmune diabetes mellitus in the period of the mixed occlusion at different stages of compensation of the disease studied the dental status and the level of immunological (IgA, IgM, IgG, sIgA, lysozyme activity), biochemical (T-lymphocytes CD3, CD4, CD8, CD25 phenotype, β-Cross-Laps, osteocalcin) hematological parameters investigated salivary of cellular, humoral links of immunity and the balance of bone metabolism. Data were compared with similar parameters 38 healthy children. The obtained results indicate that with increasing severity of endocrine pathology in children with diabetes mellitus type I there is a significant weakening of the recovery processes of bone tissue, the development of local immunodeficiency, depression of cellular immunity, and immunologic and metabolic disorders. At all stages of compensation endocrine pathology there is a significant deterioration in the dental status in the presence of destructive processes in periodontal tissues and hard tissues of the teeth.

Abstract
Comparative study of the results of complex treatment of periodontitis on the background of chronic alcoholism was performed in 86 patients. The control group consisted of 32 patients with periodontal disease do not drink alcohol. Recovery time digital values of MDA, SOD, SP and SPA were in direct proportion to the degree of alcohol dependence. So, if the 1st (main) group, this period lasted from 14 to 30, the patients in the 2nd (control) group (not consuming alcohol) for 7-10 days. These data indicate that under the influence of the proposed method of treatment of GP normalization of metabolic processes in periodontal tissues and of the patient generally occurs in a shorter time.

Abstract
Features of an internal picture of illness in the course of treatment of neoplasms of sialadens at 27 people aged from 62 up to 87 years by assessment of the syndrome of psycho-sensory-anatomy-functional disadaptation (SPSAFD) are studied. Differences in personal response to illness at good-quality and malignant neoplasms of sialadens are established, and also a condition of a disadaptation when diagnosing and in the course of the combined treatment of malignant diseases that it is bound to complications radial and chemotherapies. Elimination of a mukozit and syndrome of «a dry mouth» promotes optimization of adaptability of patients to living conditions.

Abstract
Studies have both in our country and abroad on the problem of the etiology and pathogenesis of periodontal diseases using biochemical, gistomorfologicheray, immunological, hormonal, radiological and other methods of researchtion allowed to revise and clarify a number of preexisting views on the causes and mechanism development of periodontitis, which allows not only to carry out earlier and more accurate diagnosis of these diseases, but also to better lechenie, identify effective ways of prevention. The objective study of the problem etiologyogy and pathogenesis of inflammatory generalized periodontal disease is not to find a single cause or a combination of a variety of conditions, and to link together and natural diversity of the causal relation-tions between the various processes and phenomena, reflecting the most significant Prizna-ki, forming the basis of the disease, highlighting the main link of pathogenesis, ie a phenomenon which determines the development process with its characteristicspecific features styami.

Abstract
The problems of treatment of inflammatory complications that have arisen in the delayed period after dental implantation, whose appearance adversely affect the safety of implants, remain complicated. Preventing the development of pathology periimplantitis one of the most important points for retaining implants. The purpose of evaluation of the effectiveness of the complex of preventive measures of periodontal supportive therapy in patients with dental implants was conducted a prospective randomized comparative study. In periodontal treatment AUZ «Republican stomatologic polyclinic» the city of Ufa for 2013-2016 monitored 87 patients with concomitant generalized periodontitis mild in remission who received dental implants for two-step protocol 190 Mis implants (Israel), aged 34 to 53 years, 39,1% male, 60,9% of women. The follow-up period was 3 years. ПАРОДОНТОЛОГИЯ №2 (83) 2017 85 КЛИНИКА Professional oral hygiene in the control group (14 persons, 31 implant) included hardware method of ultrasonic removal of hard dental deposits (700 Piezon, EMS, tool P in the region of the teeth, PI in the field of implants) and mechanical method of removing plaque. The main group, depending on the volume of interventions was divided into 3 subgroups. In group 1A (22 patients, 35 implants) in addition to hardware removal of hard deposits held air-abrasive removal of the biofilm above and below the gum with Perio powder (glycine) (AirFlowMaster, EMS), in group 1B (21 patients, 36 implants) complex of hygiene and hardware removal of solid deposits and mechanical plaque was supplemented by injection of autologous platelet plasma (Plasmolifting). In group 1C (30 patients, 88 implants) were included and Pexxrio and Plasmolifting. Developed taking into account the pathogenetic mechanisms of development of inflammatory complications in the field of dental implants, a combined method of prevention of dental periimplantitis with application of methods of Perio-Flow and Plasmolifting showed high efficiency in comparison with the standard methods and applying these methods separately. The application of this design in the complex of supportive periodontal therapy in this group of patients may contribute to the prevention of inflammatory-destructive complications and to increase the service life of the prosthetics with support on dental implants.

Abstract
Object: defining features of the oral, colon and small intestine microbiota in patients with oral lichen planus (OLP). Research of the microbal markers was carried by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. It was found that the development of the disease can not be relate with one type of microorganism or single microbal association. However, factor analysis of indicators of the research revealed that morbidity of OLP may depend on 4 possible pockets of infection (factors) in the study localizations and their associated microorganisms: oral microbial markers - Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Nocardia 14:1d11 and Streptococcus oralis; small intestine - Actinomycetes 10Me14, Enterobacteriaceae (E.coli etc.), Cytomegalovirus, Streptococcus oralis, Prevotella, Bacillus cereus, Eubacterium lentum A, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Nocardia 14:1d11; colon - Streptococcus A, Staphylococcus intermedius, Clostridium perfringens. The largest number of microbial markers were determinated in patients with OLP.
