Abstract
The study investigated the isolated effect of comparing 3 kinds of toothbrushes on the surface roughness of 2 dental restorative materials such as nanocomposite Filtek Ultimate (3M ESPE) and hybrid material Estelite Sigma Quick (Tokuyama Dental). The surface texture of the material was evaluated using the optical profilometer ZheScope and was defined 3D roughness parameters Sa and Sq. Measurement of the roughness parameters were performed before and after abrasion cycles. The impact on the surface of the samples was performed of the manual toothbrush Splat-Complete (SCM), of the electric brush Braun Oral-B Triumph 5000 (BOBT) and the sonic toothbrush Philips Sonicare FlexCare (PSFC). The samples of material Filtek Ultimate had a lower roughness value as compared to the roughness of the samples of material Estelite Sigma Quick before impact brushes. The smallest impact on the surface of the Filtek Ultimate material samples had the manual toothbrush Splat-complete. On the surface Estelite Sigma Quick smallest samples of material had the sound Philips Sonicare Flex Care electric and the Braun Oral-B Triumph 5000.

Abstract
The article discusses the study of the regenerative potential of periodontal tissues under mechanical injury in experimental conditions. Regeneration of periodontal tissues was investigated after mechanical injury in 10 rams of 2-4 years of age. The experiments consisted of two series: the 1st series struck a closed mechanical trauma, in the 2nd series of experiments - an open injury of the periodontium. Established that damage to the periodontium that affects only the dentin of the tooth root, the regeneration processes are from the wall of the hole, in those cases, when the wound channel penetrates into the pulp of the tooth, regeneration occurs from both the pulp and the walls of the alveoli. In the healing of periodontal tissues in case of open injuries there is a formation in the wound epithelial cysts.

Abstract
The article discusses issues concerning the study of pathological changes in periodontal tissues during experimental osteoporosis. The experiments were performed on 6 year old sheep, which have at different times after ovariectomy removed dentoalveolar segments at the level of the lower incisors. It is established that in experimental osteoporosis in periodontal develop processes, accompanied by acute vascular disorders: swelling of the vascular wall, diapedesis of red blood cells, hemorrhage, edema and loosening of the surrounding tissue. Vascular disorders worse conditions of metabolism, which ultimately leads to destructive changes of argyrophilic and collagen fibrils, as well as individual nerve fibers with the development of dystrophic-inflammatory form of periodontal disease.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of clinical and immunological status of 97 patients with different types of orthodontic disease before and during the orthodontic treatment. All patients underwent immunological examination which included determination of the level of antimicrobial peptide and pro-inflammatory cytokine. The study revealed that along with clinical methods it is advisable to determine the level of α-defensin and IL-1β whose function is to regulate the immunological processes during inflammation in periodontal tissues. Identifying the predisposition to inflammatory periodontal disease and degree of inflammation in patients undergoing orthodontic treatment will help to implement the measures of prevention and treatment and to improve the monitoring of the patients.

Abstract
Interrelations of regionary oral haemodynamics and microcirculation were investigated violations at 70 patients with the chronic heart failure (CHF) and inflammatory diseases of a parodont. The received results show that the decrease in haemodynamic indicators in the pool of an internal carotid arteria at the patients with initial stages of CHF initiates the start of local mechanisms of regulation and compensation for maintenance of a parodont fabric blood-groove microcirculation.

Abstract
In dentistry, for the prevention of recurrent and secondary caries and pulpit used antiseptic cavity, dentine adhesives, laser light, and others. However, these methods do not allow up-beat effective decontamination and obturation of dentinal tubules, which may continue to persist pathogenic microflora. For the first time in the experimental treatment dentine caries by electron microscopy studied the effectiveness of a new method of targeted galvanoforetic nano impregnation dentin complex by nanoparticles of copper-calcium hydroxide. Galvanoforez performed with aluminum foil in contact with the copper-containing drug. It is found that after the tooling cavity nano impregnation dentin is advantageously carried out within 14 days. During this period, it takes place obturation 85-90% of the dentinal tubules to a depth of 800 nm and an average saturation of the dentine with calcium, which contributes to the restoration of its mineral composition, disturbed because of microbial demineralizing. Efficacy nano impregnation dentin of copper-calcium hydroxide declines with increasing age of the teeth, and in the presence of cavities.

Abstract
Dentists constantly meet the complaints of patients on dentin hypersensitivity (DG), which is characterized by a special short-term acute pain originating from the cervical dentin bald. The aim of the study was to assess the efficacy of professional paste with calcium carbonate and arginine in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity in patients with periodontitis. It is shown that the use of calcium carbonate professional tools and arginine after non-surgical periodontal treatment provides instant relief from the significant dentin hypersensitivity and stores the duration of this effect for more than 6 weeks.

Abstract
The aim of study was to investigate the level of oral hygiene and prevalence of inflammatory periodontal tissue diseases in patients with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA). The study involved 285 patients with JRA. Determined: level of hygiene (Green-Vermillion), prevalence and intensity of inflammation in the gums (PMA index). We take into account the dentition, form of arthritis, JRA duration and gender. Oral hygiene level was: in mixed dentition - 1,44 ± 0,75 points, in a constant dentition - 1,38 ± 0,73 points. The prevalence of chronic catarrhal gingivitis (CCG) in patients with mixed dentition - 40,56%, with a constant dentition - 58,87%. Girls were sicked with CCG more often than boys. PMA index was significantly higher (p < 0,001) in patients with constant dentition. It was noted a correlation of medium strength (r = 0,59) between the index of PMA and index of hygiene. The role of oral hygiene as the dominant factor in the development of gingivitis in patients with JRA is offsets.

Abstract
This article describes the long-term results of complex clinical and laboratory evaluation of the state of periodontal tissue complex during complex periodontal (Periodontology) and orthodontic treatment of patients with inflammatory and destructive periodontal disease and dentoalveolar deformities. The examination and complex treatment of 60 patients aged 25-40 years with chronic generalized periodontitis mild to moderate severity, combined with a deep distal occlusion and protrusion of the upper jaw. All patients were divided into 2 groups: the main and control. The study group included 30 people who underwent a complex therapeutic, orthodontic and surgical treatment with replanting in periodontal pockets «CollapAn» in the drug granules. Patients in the control group of 30 people was also carried out a comprehensive periodontal and orthodontic treatment, but with an open and closed curettage osteoplastic medication is not used. Orthodontic treatment of patients in both groups was performed using fixed orthodontic apparatus Stright Wire Technique for 28 months in remission periodontal disease and after surgery. According to long-term results of the index assessing the state of periodontal tissues, indicators densitometry studies and orthodontic diagnostic methods dentoalveolar anomalies it has been found that the use in the treatment of patients of the main group osteoplastic preparation promotes bone density by 50% of the initial indicators, significant reduction of the depth of periodontal pockets of 4 fold (p < 0,001) and improvement of aesthetic dental system performance compared with patients in the control group.
