Abstract
Aim: to prove necessity of endodontic treatment of teeth in patients with endoperio lesions and secondary endodontic involvement. GI, electro-odonto-diagnosis, periodontal pocket depth (PD) were used to assess condition of periodontium and pulp in 70 patients of 28-60 y.o. Alveolar bone was evaluated using cone-beam computered tomography (CBCT). The main group included 50 teeth with retrograde pulpitis in severe generalized periodontitis patients. Control group consisted of 20 teeth in periodontally healthy patients with pulpitis. PCR was used for microbiological evaluation of content of periodontal pocket (PP) and of root canal (RC). Periodontal pathogen detection rate in patients of the main group was as follows: P. i. RC - 26,9% and PP - 26,9; T. f. RC - 57,7% and PP - 46,2% ; T. d. RC - 26,9% and PP - 26,9% A. a. RC - 50%, PP - 61,5%. P. g. RC - 53,5% and PP - 53,8%. Patients of the control group showed the following rate of periodontal pathogen detection: P. i. RC and gingival sulcus (GS) - 0%. T. f. RC - 8,3% and GS - 0%; T. d. RC and GS - 0%. A. a. RC - 16,7% and GS - 25%; P. g. RC - 16,7%. and GS - 16,7%. It was established that microbial composition of content of root canals surrounded by deep bone defects is identical to microflora of a periodontal pocket. Thus root canal treatment for secondary endodontic involvement is indispensable before surgery.

Abstract
The histological structure of the rabbit parietal bone during its regeneration after fractional Er: YAG-laser (=2.94) treatment was investigated by hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stain. In 48 days after fractional laser treatment, bonesamples contained microcavities and fragments of necrotic tissue with empty cellular lacuna. In this case, necrotic lesions appeared around the periphery of microcavities created by laser radiation. Fragmentation of detrital mass and partial substitution of microcavities with fatty bone marrow were observed in bone-samples in 100 days after fractional laser treatment, in contrast to the earlier period. Partial filling of microcavities edges by fibrous tissue with presence of osteoblasts on their inner surface was observed in 100 days also, that indicates regenerative processes in the bone.

Abstract
We conduct study of the effect of smoking on oral health, depending on the experience of smoking, as well as reveal the relationship amount of carbon monoxide from smoking experience and changes in the condition of the oral cavity with the refusal of a bad habit. Diagnosis is made using clinical examination of patients, identification of dental indices survey using the methodology ViziLite Plus, the measurement of CO gas analyzer MICROCO. A result of our study, we found a direct relationship between oral health and smoking experience. It was also discovered that smoking cessation oral health is markedly improved.

Abstract
One of the factors in the development of inflammatory and degenerative disorders in periodontitis is the low level of vitamin D in the body. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of treatment of patients with periodontal pathology on the background of drug correction of vitamin D. The object of the survey were 120 patients with periodontal pathology. Analysis of the results of clinical and laboratory studies revealed a positive dynamics of the treatment. The findings justify the need for correction of vitamin D status in the complex treatment of patients periodontal profile.

Abstract
The article presents the results of free radical oxidation parameters of patients (age group 50,2 ± 3,9 years)with flat form oral leukoplakia before and after treatment. It has shown that the parameters of oral liquid chemiluminescence are higher than those of control group. Thus, the correction of free radical oxidation processes is needed before and during the treatment. Long term parameters of oral liquid chemiluminescence after photodynamic therapy have been more stable and corresponded to the values of control group, which is due to full elimination of leukoplakia.

Abstract
This review presents some data on the genetic markers of periodontal disease over the last few years. Most of the work is devoted to relationship of various interleukins polymorphism with periodontal disease. Also there are some information about relative polymorphism metalloproteinases, vitamin D receptor, defensins, Toll-like receptors and others. The relationship is explained by race, the combined effect of specific combinations of multiple allelic genes and trace components interact exogenous and genetic factors.

Abstract
The aim was to study the pressure force of the toothbrush during brushing and the establishment of its optimal values. This article presents a survey of 184 people aged 15 to 65 years: 100 adolescents (15 to 18 years) and 84 adults (19 to 65 years), in order to examine the pressure force of the toothbrush, which is applied for cleaning teeth and gums by persons of different age and sex. In the study of the pressure force of the toothbrush at the moment of teeth brushing were set its optimal value: for the adult population can be considered optimal force equal to the force of 200 g/cm2 to 230 g/cm2; for adolescents «optimum» force is in the range from 100 g/cm2 to 200 g/cm2.

Abstract
One hundred and twenty one 121 patients with chronic generalized parodontitis (CGP) were examined before dental implantation in order to detect clinical and X-ray specific features, mineral density and the level of markers for remodeling bone tissue in patients. Thorough examination included 60 patients (20 males and 40 females) aged 35-44 years with moderate GCP. A decrease in the bone tissue was revealed in 46,7% of cases. In blood plasma of this patient group, an increase in the ratio of sRANKL/0RG levels and contents of sclerostin reflecting increased osteoclastogenesis and reduced osteoblastogenesis has been observed. Results of the study document that the regulation of bone metabolism during the period of dental implantation is imperative.

Abstract
β-thalassemia - genetically determined defect in the synthesis of β-chain of hemoglobin causes a chain of interrelated homeostatic disorders, which forms pathogenic preconditions for multiple organ injuries, including the organs and tissues of the oral cavity. The mechanisms of primary inherited diseases, severed by accumulating iatrogenic effects of applied therapy (blood transfusion, Desferal therapy) have significant effects on oral manifestation in patients with β-thalassemia over time. Evidence to this fact were the results of a survey of 88 dental patients of all ages, observed in the Republican Center of thalassemia in Baku. 100% patients in different age groups (Group I: 6-10 years; Group II: 11-15 years; Group III: 16-18 years) were affected by dental disease. So, in group I caries disease was prevailed, in group II high frequency of caries detection competed with the increase of chronic generalized gingivitis, which became prevalent in the older group supervision - Group III. It was observed that with age, frequency of formation of chronic foci of odontogenic infection - apical granulomas, festering cysts was increasing. Detected dynamic of dental disease associated with the homeostatic disturbances in β-thalassemia, requires consideration of the risks and the development of chronic dental disease in two aspects: unanimity of pathogenic mechanisms of dental disease with hereditary hemoglobinopathy and consequences of used treatment methods

Abstract
Burning mouth syndrome (BMS) is a polietiologic disease. One of the most common causes of its development is hyperacid gastritis with reflux esophagitis. The article presents methods for the treatment of patients with BMS associated with hyperacid gastritis, which were based on the identified mechanisms of its development. The tactic of the treatment depended on the results of blood and oral fluid tests of patients on the histamine level. For the treatment of BMS we used the H1- and H2-receptors antagonists (ketotifen and kvamatel), the proton pump inhibitor (ultop), the prokinetic of II generation (motilium), and the diet (exclusion from eating products with increased content of histamine and products contributing to the release of histamine). As a result of treatment paresthetic phenomena on the oral mucosa completely disappear in 64,7% of cases, significantly decreased at 29,4%.

Abstract
Clinical trial for the purpose of rising of efficiency of stomatologic treatment-prophylactic actions at patients with a chronic renal failure and being on dialysis therapy is conducted. Showed that effective stomatology rehabilitation of such patients requires their dynamic observation and treatment at the dentist, carrying out professional hygiene of an oral cavity two times a year, against the general and local therapy by the bio proofreaders of a delivery containing trace substances and vitamin complexes. It allows achieving the good remote results of treatment of caries, not carious lesions of teeth, and oral cavity mucosa diseases. Treatment of a pulpitis and periodontitis often weren't effective that is bound to the reduced immunologic reactivity and resistance of an organism of such patients against chronic illness of kidneys and dialysis therapy. Development of a complex of the treatment-prophylactic actions referred on rising of efficiency of treatment of the complicated caries forms at such patients taking into account their komorbidny pathologists is necessary.
